Hello my name is Przemyslaw. I come from Bilgoraj. I started my adventure with football as a young boy. Then I moved to Lodz in order to study and represent Szkola Mistrzostwa Sportowego (sports school). This is where I started my coaching career by doing my first coaching course. In order to gain more knowledge about sport and functioning of a man, I graduated from Jozef Pilsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. I gained a lot of professional experience, among others in Legia Warsaw, where I worked as a coach and the second coach with teams from Under 7 to Under 17. I worked as a scout in Legia Warsaw. I also gained experience in working with children in Legia Soccer Schools project, where I was one of the coordinator.
Education, professional knowledge, experience they all constitute crucial elements in coaching work. That is why I gain my knowledge by attending a great number of conferences and courses, both home and abroad. Thanks to football I had an opportunity to visit lots of countries and get to know people from the whole word. By attending meetings, discussions on coaching I can develop and I broaden my mind. The world of football allowed me to learn foreign languages. Today I can say that I have no problems to communicate both in Spanish, English, Russian and Portuguese (Brasilian version).
I think that there are no things that are impossible to achieve and you should fulfil your dreams. I cooperated with Malaga FC where I could take a closer look at the coaching process and the development of the football academy in the first round of the season 2016/2017 .
Since June 2017 to January 2020 I worked in Legia Warsaw’s coaching Staff as Coach-Analyst. During this time, with the team we won Polish Championship, Polish Cup and we represented our Club and country in international competitions organized by UEFA.
Between February 2020 and May 2020 I worked as an Assistant Coach in Latvian First Division Club FK Tukums 2000, but the project finished due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Before taking up another coaching job, I had a chance to gain invaluable experience by working as an expert and commentator on Polsat Sport television channel. Thanks to this opportunity, I was able to share my experience and knowledge about football by commenting on matches and analyzing the games for viewers during the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, games of national teams, and various European leagues.
In January 2021, I returned to Latvia, this time taking up a job as an Assistant Coach at the FK Spartaks Jurmala club. I worked in this role until June, when I was offered the role of the Team’s Head Coach. Debuting in this role at the age of 29 and 3 months, I became the youngest coach working in the highest league in Europe. We finished the 2020/2021 season in the 5th place in the table and our work has resulted in the appointment of players to their national teams. Under my leadership, the team in 2021 has achieved the best point average converted into the number of games since 2018. I finished my work at the FK Spartaks club in the middle of the 2021/2022 season.
